« SPROCKIDS » PROGRAM

Proudly sponsored by GIANT

The « Sprockids » program develops young people's self-esteem, empathy for others, anger management, and provides kids with a strong feeling of belonging to a positive group while introducing them to a healthy activity they can be involved with for the rest of their lives.

Young people have the opportunity to come together to train and develop their mountain bike riding skills. The art of riding is broken down into 55 skills and 4 program levels taught in a graduated fashion, where each new skill builds on a previous skill.

Throughout the program the concept of FUN is never forgotten. This is not a program of success or failure. The participants enjoy a feeling of success on all levels.

All our instructors are certified by PMBIA Québec (Professional Mountain Bike Instructor Association), a globally recognized program for excellence in mountain bike instruction and coaching. This certification ensures our lessons follow professional, consistent, and locally adapted standards—offering a safe, structured, and motivating learning experience.
