TRAIL OPENING & INAUGURATION OF THE NEW BIKE LIFT - SATURDAY, MAY 3
The mountain biking season is kicking off in a big way at Mont Rigaud!
Join us this Saturday, May 3, 2025, for a festive day celebrating the official inauguration of our brand-new bike lift — a major milestone for the development of mountain biking in the Vaudreuil-Soulanges region! The mountain will be open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. starting this Saturday.
If the weather does not cooperate, we will postpone the activities to Sunday, May 4, or the following weekend. Stay tuned on our social networks and our website.
INAUGURATION CEREMONY - 9:45 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
Join us for a short ceremony where we'll present the history of the project, the technical features of the lift, and future trail development plans for this summer and beyond. Official ribbon cutting and first ride up at 10:00 a.m.!
GUIDED TRAIL TOURS
- Free guided rides of our trail network with our trail-builder and former Canadian champion, André
- Tours from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
BBQ & LIVE MUSIC ON THE BISTRO TERRACE
- Hot-dogs and hamburgers served from 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. (full bistro menu also available)
- Live performance by Pat Gemme from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
SPROCKIDS DEMOS
- Try out our Sprockids youth mountain bike program (ages 6-17)! Free 20-minute trial sessions from 9:30 a.m. to 9:50 a.m. and from 3:10 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.

MOUNTAIN BIKE MAINTENANCE WORKSHOPS
- Free mini-workshops on spring bike maintenance, hosted by Cycle Paul! Sessions at 10:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m.
- There will be a few demo bikes to check out on site

- Meet the team from Dirt Camp and discover their awesome summer bike camps!
