FITNESS TRAIL (1.6 km - 10 stations - 3 levels)
Designed with Ekinox Physiotherapy, this marked trail offers simple yet effective exercises: cardio, strength, and stretches, each available in three difficulty levels (green, blue, or black).

OBSTACLE COURSE (5 km - 18 challenges - 370 m elevation gain)
Inspired by Spartan Races, this obstacle course takes you on a 5 km mountain circuit—carry, climb, jump, crawl, and pull your way to the top!
